The TYPICAL HAM the excellence of Masè craftsmanship is combined with history. Prepared with selected pork legs of the German pig, the TIPICO provides manual syringing in the vein, a slow cooking and a smoker with beech shavings.
After the syringing, it is deprived of the bone with the technique of the “unthreaded bone” and then manually tied with strings to give it its anatomical shape.
The taste of TIPICO has its roots in the thousand-year old gastronomic tradition of the city of Prague. The original Prague recipe was then taken up in the Habsburg era by Trieste craftsmanship and preserved over time, adapting it to contemporary taste.
