Glazed with barbecue sauce are placed in a smoker and then subjected to slow cooking at low temperature. Beef ribs have little in common with pork ribs: they have more meat and have much more flavor. Cooked at low temperature, the meat becomes extremely soft and comes off easily from the bone.
