Frico Croccante Masè, with its distinctive flavour and appearance, is derived from an old Friulian recipe. It is made from a careful blend of cheeses at different degrees of maturity, skilfully cooked to obtain a tasty, crisp “wafer”. It looks like a crunchy, golden-yellow “wafer” and is delicious. An excellent snack for an unusual aperitif or to accompany traditional mushroom dishes.
