Our DRIED TOMATOES are an excellent preserve typical of the regions of Southern Italy.
They are sweet and rightly soft, these tomatoes are dried in the sun and stored in oil to preserve the intense flavor intact. They are a great appetizer: on slices of homemade bread, to flavor pasta dishes or to enrich with a more intense taste numerous recipes.
