Orecchiette with turnip tops and Masè sausage

Pour the extra virgin olive oil, the clove of garlic, the chili pepper and the Masè sausage into a pan, brown it, add the anchovy fillets and gently melt them, then cover the turnip top with a lid and let cook 20 minutes turning them occasionally.
In the meantime, boil the water for the orecchiette, cook them, drain them and pour them into the pan with the turnip tops, sauté over a high heat for a few minutes, dress with a little olive oil and the grated pecorino

Ingredients
500 graces of fresh orecchiette
20gr of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
3 anchovy fillets
1/2 chili pepper
200g of Cragno Mase sausage cut into small pieces
300g of turnip tops (leaves cleaned and washed)
20g of grated pecorino
Salt to taste.
