Ham rings
Batter: beat eggs, flour, salt (a pinch), olive oil and sparkling water with a fork until a smooth and homogeneous batter is obtained.
Cut the ham into rings: cut it into slices first if whole, using a knife or a pastry cutter to form concentric circles to obtain the rings from the slices of ham.
Dip the rings in the batter and fry them in the seed oil until golden brown, serve hot with a few drops of lemon or sauces to taste.
